- The main facility for training our newly recruited and inexperienced engineers is at our Fukuoka LSI Design Center, where various workshops are given. From semi conductor and LSI related area training curriculums to the CAD training workshops, where active engineers are invited for each training sessions; subsequently, the skill up plans based on individual progress are supervised by our engineering department to explore the maximum potential of each individual. Our training workshops have experiences of raising “I have never touched a CAD before” amateurs to professional engineers.
