We are committing ourselves to create our own brand (products) in the future. Therefore, we are planning on increasing the number of training centers, researching facilities, and outsourcing businesses to improve our field of technical expertise.

Please tell us about your corporate culture and corporate environment.

We value our employees’ determinations and self motivations. At the same time, we think incorporating new ideas and opinions will bring us our bright future.

How would you conduct your new recruit training sessions?

For newly graduated students, your training sessions will start after your official hiring date (in October) prior to your actual work starting date.  Basically for one week after your actual work starting date, you will be trained inside our facilities.  Afterwards, you will be trained with your senior employees at OJT.   It also depends on your field of employment; for example, if you are in the LSI related job, you will have 3 months of training workshop curriculums. 

Do you provide an employee dormitory or an apartment?

We do provide one person dormitory.   Moving expenses and initial expenses (incl. security deposits, gratuity fees, and processing fees) are paid for by us.
Also, if you are renting an apartment on your own, 40% of monthly rents are paid for by us every month (*upper limit exists).

 

Is there a possibility of relocations?

Basically, we do not ask for relocations unless requested by an employee.  We also value prioritizing your request for the actual job site and job duties; however, we do neeo to place right employees for the right job assignments.
