210,000 Yen – 450,000 Yen (Performance Benefits Available) * Experience, Work Performance, and Previous Salary are considered for the final decision.
Salary Examples:
30 years of age : 7 years of work experience --- 5,000,000 Yen (310,000 Yen + Additional Overtime Pay)
26 years of age : 3 years of work experience --- 4,200,000 Yen (250,000 Yen + Additional Overtime Pay)
23 years of age : 1 year work experience --- 3,600,000 Yen (210,000 Yen + Additional Overtime Pay)
